FlowForecast application
These Terms cover only the marketing website. Use of the FlowForecast application at app.flowforecast.ai is governed by a separate customer agreement which will be presented to you when you sign up.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
